Can I purchase a DVD or CD of the television broadcast?
Not at this time. You can only purchase a digital copy of the program as an MP3 from our online store and then you are more than welcome to copy that onto a CD. We do plan to offer physical product in the future.
How do I Download my Digital Purchase?
After you have successfully checked out, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to download your product. You will have a limited number of days and attempts to download the item. Make sure you use a valid email address in the checkout!
What if I exceed my download attempt time frame?
You will most likely need to repurchase the item. If you could not download for technical reasons, please contact support, and we may be able to resend you a download link
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase products?
No. You can just use a credit card without creating a PayPal account. We use PayPal to handle all online transactions because it is safe and secure. If you do have a PayPal account, it will make for a faster checkout process.
How do I cancel my automatic donation subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at anytime by logging into your PayPal account and closing your subscription; or you can contact customer support and we will cancel it for you.
