My name is Rev. Enrique de la Vega. I am the senior Care Pastor of the Hispanic Ministry at Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I have known Dr. Robert Keena for over 16 years. While both of us lived in Atlanta, Georgia, I was very blessed by the faith and the anointing to intercede upon his life.

I later moved to Bolivia where I pastored the congregation of Ministerios Libertad y Victoria. Dr. Keena came to minister to our congregation in Bolivia on several different occasions and was a blessing through the anointing that moved through his life in teaching the Word of God with understanding and clarity.

During his visits many lives were also changed as Dr. Keena prayed for the people individually. The Lord’s compassion to minister to various needs has always been evident in his ministry.
